Anyone looking to improve their fitness and well-being can join, regardless of their current fitness level. The program is designed for those who are motivated to set health goals, reduce stress, and connect with a supportive community of like-minded walkers. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced walker, you’ll find encouragement and resources to help you on your journey. We adopt a “no walker left behind” philosophy at our events and we finish our walks at your pace.

Membership Details

The purpose of this membership is to support individuals in achieving their goals through engaging walking and step challenges. It fosters a positive mindset, emphasizes gratitude and intention, and connects members with a like-minded community. By prioritizing self-commitment and celebrating successes, we aim to enhance overall well-being and motivate participants on their journey.

Challenges and Rewards

In this self paced journey you have the flexibility to decide how, where, and when you want to take intentional walks. We also hope to see you at our events!

Track your steps during these walks with the pedometer that will be mailed to you. To document each walk and earn rewards, please complete the form found in the member menu after you log in.

We place a strong emphasis on mental and emotional well-being in these challenges. In addition to recording your steps, we encourage you to set an intention for each walk and find something to be grateful for during your time outdoors. This information will be documented alongside your step count.

You likely already walk a lot each day between your job, errands, and caring for kids and pets. However, getting things done isn’t the same as setting aside dedicated time for yourself and your goals. The benefits of prioritizing your health go far beyond just hitting a step count for rewards. These walks are a commitment to your well-being, and you deserve this time for yourself.

With the completion of each level, you’ll receive a certificate, stickers, swag to enhance your walking experience, and access to increasingly rewarding free walking adventures.

Events

We host a variety of walking events, both virtual and in-person, including community walks, themed challenges, and more. In line with our commitment to lifelong learning and to better serve our community, our in-person events will take place in both urban and rural settings.
